Fostering's Got Talent
Fostering’s Got Talent is an annual talent show put on by the fostering department of Nottinghamshire County Council during Foster Care Fortnight each year.
It is an opportunity for Nottinghamshire looked after children and our Nottinghamshire fostering households to show off their talents on stage in front of a live audience who act as our judges for the night.
Fostering’s Got Talent is a great opportunity to show off your skills. If you are a dancer, singer, comedian, magician or would like to do any other kind of creative performance we would love for you to take part!
First place act receives 2 tickets to a Britain’s Got Talent Live Semi-Final Show*
Second place receives a £50 voucher
Third place receives a £25 voucher
All acts receive a £10 gift card and certificate for participating.
Details for the event are shared by the Fostering team via email once plans have been put in place. If you have any queries about this event before then please contact your supervising social worker.
Please note applications are only open to looked after children placed by Nottinghamshire County Council, and our Nottinghamshire County Council Fostering Household Members.
*The cost of travel to and from the show are the responsibility of the prize winners. Two tickets will be given to the prize winner. If there are more than two people in the first place act, the act will have to choose who uses the prize. If the winner prefers not to use the prize or is under 12 years of age it will pass to the act in second place. These circumstances will be discussed with the winner following the performance.
